1. What is your purchase policy?

Purchase your item/items on our secure website or by email, phone or fax. Once payment has been processed and we have received full payment your goods will be dispatched and a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to your email address.

2. What is your out of stock policy?

If you have any item that is on back order or out of stock. You will be advised of the expected d elivery date and asked if you would like to proceed with the order. Backorders will be sent out as soon as we receive them. If you would not like to proceed you will be refunded the amount of the item.

3. How much postage will I be charged?

For purchases over $50 you will received free Regular Parcel Post delivery within Australia.

4. How are my items sent?

We use Australia Post to send our customers orders all over Australia. We deliver thoughout Australia to your Home or Business address, or if you are purchasing a gift, to your gift's recipient's address within Australia.

Regular Parcel Post standard service delivers your item within 4-6 working days within Australia.

Express Post service delivers your item within 1-3 working days (depending on location).
Delivery takes 1 business days in Metro Areas, 2 business days in Regional Areas and up to 3 days in Rural Areas. For next day delivery please contact us to make sure it is available.

We make all efforts to keep delivery times to a minimum.

For large orders a courier will be used. A delivery confirmation will be sent to you. If you wish to use an alternative courier please contact us.

5. I am concerned about my privacy, how are my personal details protected?

Outdoor Adventure Gear is committed to the security of your personal information. Any personal information that you provide to us is confidential and will not be shared or sold to any third party. Information provided within this site is only used by Outdoor Adventure Gear to provide a better service. All information is keep confidential and only accessible by those authorised.

6. Are my credit cards details safe when I make a purchase?

Our website uses a secure server SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is used to encryption sensitive financial information during online transactions. Online transactions are processed through PayPal, the world's largest and most trusted payment facility. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase.

7. I don't have a credit card, how else can I pay?

8. What if I want a refund?

If you wish to return an item you have purchased from Outdoor Adventure Gear please contact us first. You can contact use by email, phone or fax. If you change your mind and want a refund the following applies. A store credit for the full valve of the purchased item is also available. • The item needs to be return in 14 days of delivery. • Items to be returned in original packing• Please include your invoice with a brief explanation for reason of return• You are responsible for postage charges.

9. What about a warranty claim?

10. What if I disagree with a decision or have a complaint?
